Through your generous contributions, the following Missional Church Projects have been funded
Kingdom Building Tithe
10% (the "first fruits") of every contribution is was set aside as a tithe to Kingdom Building missions outside of Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church.
Pastor Housing Partnership Fund
The housing assistance is for WCPC's pastoral and director-level staff as a way of recruiting and retaining the wonderful individuals God intends for our congregation. It is an equity partnership - not a gift or loan - with the capital being reinvested when staff changes occur in the future.

Pictured to the left is WCPC's new senior pastor, Morgan Murray and his family (Veronica, Aidan (right), and Liam) in front of their new home in Walnut Creek. One of the primary goals of Preparing A Place's Pastor Housing Partnership Fund was to enable our pastors to live in the community that they serve.

Children's Wing Ventilation
New ventilation has been installed in our Children's Wing to help keep our precious children cooler in the summer months.
Sanctuary Sound & Lighting
This project was next on the funding list. While pledges did not fully fund the original vision of this project, planning is underway to make the most of finding received.
Campaign Expenses
All expenses associated with the campaign have been paid. Through careful stewardship of campaign resources, only $75,000 of the originally budgeted expense plan of $145,000 was used. This enabled more of the contributions to achieve the campaign's external goals. |
